I will always remember my first job as a Floral Designer.  I was just 16 years old and my high school horticulture teacher got me an after-school job at at local flower shop.  When the shop owner handed me an apron and said "this is your apron kid, let's get to work", I thought I had died and gone to heaven.

Not only is the apron a universally recognized badge of the Floral Designer, it is an indispensable tool.  Goodness knows, I have worn out hundreds of aprons since that first precious apron.  Our Floral Design Institute apron is a high quality, cotton work apron with a fully adjustable neck strap and extra long waist ties.  The apron has three deep pockets for holding your knife, shears, change, notes, and on occasion lunch.
